I'd like to thank the three of you for spreading the word about ungrading. After dipping my toes in different ways, I've done a big old cannonball into the ungrading pool this year. I realize that this isn't necessarily the recommended method of entry, and the learning curve has definitely been significant and ongoing. Nevertheless, I feel like ungrading (in combination with other things) has had a really positive impact on my work with students. So thank you for helping me make this move in a (somewhat) more informed way!
I loved reading this! So many points to ponder in this very reflective time of year. Happy holidays to the three of you!

Thank you for sharing--this is so good to hear!
Hi Emily! Since you're experimenting with audio, I thought I'd point you to the Substack instructions for creating a podcast: https://support.substack.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037462092-How-do-I-create-and-publish-a-podcast-on-Substack. There's a bit of work there, but if you do that, then folks like me can subscribe to your audio materials in their favorite podcast app.
Thank you, Derek! I didn't want to invest in this for a one-off episode, but if I continue, I'll definitely look into it!
